I refinanced my 2005 Wrangler on Jan 31 with USAA, and Citi Financial was paid in full on that date. On Feb 5 they took 337.14 out of my account. My USAA payment was due on the 5th. This caused a hardship for me. I contacted Citifinancial about this matter and was told they would mail me my money within 14 days. Then I was told to go to my bank and get justification of payment, though remember, they already had this money because it was set up to debit. I did this and was then told they would credit it within 48 hours. When I called to verify it was done, I was told no, they would not do that, they would mail it. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told he was busy and would call me in one hour. He never called. Horrible, rotten, rude, rip-off company!
