My husband's car was making a some weird sound, so he took his car to the dealer to find out what the problem was. They told us that it would cost at least $6,000.00 dollars to fix the problems and then charged our credit card $150.00 for doing the estimate. They said they have to charge us the $150 because we didn't do an oil change. To make the long story short, we took the car to another mechanic who fixed the car problem for $60.00. To make the story short, it took us the whole day to finally talk to Sterling Mccall Nissan. They said they will reverse the $150.00 when we show them the receipt or invoice from the mechanic who fixed the car. Don't bring your car to Sterling Mccall Nissan, they are fraud and will ripp you off!
