Incompetent Repairmen Lost My Car During Operating Hours

On 3.18.09, I brought my car to Herb Chambers Collision Center in Brain Tree, MA. To make a long story short, these were the results:

1. My car was taken out of the center during operating hours without any employee noticing including the those who repaired my car and the manager. It was missing for hours before they realized that it was taken to another location without authorization. No explanation and no apology.
A very unprofessional and non caring business.

2. Upon finally recieving my my BMW 325xi which I've only had for 9 months, there were scracthes underneath each door handle that were not there before. These marks were obviously made by a steele brush of some type. There were also interior damage such as cuts on the bacl left door handle/rest and the dirt is still there. They did not even bothre to at least wipe it clean. There were numerous other scrathes and cuts to the leather on that same interior door.

3. The car was also driven significantly by someone who also apparently used all of my windshield wiper fluid and did not bother to repalce it. I know this because the car was poorly detailed and had mud splahes on the front, sides, and rear of my car. Also, why would they need to clean the windshield if it had not been driven outside. Also, the windshield was supposed to be cleaned with THEIR supplies, NOT MINE. How do I know this... The obvious. The icon was on the denote that fluid container was empty. It was full when I left the car at the collision center. I live in MA. Who drives around in MA during the Winter, esp., without it! I know times are tough and business are cutting back, but to use my products. Additionally, during the "detailing", and I use that word very lightly, Armor All (I suspect) was used on the rubber of my front fender area which created a white haze.

4. I tryed discusing this with the manager and the lead repairmen for my car. Basically, their response was that of amnesia and their overall tone was, I'm just SOL. Mind you I've only had my 2003 BMW 325xi for 9 months. A car i was very proud and LUCKY to get considering the current economic climate relative to loans. So now I have a car that has several permanent markings and damage thanks to a auto body shop who's responsibility was to repair a 12-14 inch dent in the driver side fender, which took 2 WEEKS! They refuse to take responsibility for the damage. However, i have photos of everything and I will not stop until they pay for the damage. Unbelievable!!
