Ford Motor - Dobbs Ford New Car With Unending repairs and does not work right asked for a new replacement car and was refused ripoff

New Crown Victoria bought by Husband Daniel Gonzales

Paid 7,000.00 down, trade-in, paid 30,000.00 sticker
The Sales person said, your wife needs a new car that will not brake down, is why we traded, a Ford that was paid off.

Less then 1500 miles
-change oil light will not go off
-replaced right side speaker
-replaced motor in door window open, close
-the transmission is shifting at lights slowly
-the engine has ruff movements when sitting still

Asked for a new Car for trade, had very bad feeling, they said we were one week late for them to help with that. They will fix all the new kinks in car. Tried to charge for oil change.

Called Ford Company made many complants

12,000.00 Miles
Had to move to Rocky Mount N.C.

-Drivers Door will not Close
-COLD DAYS CAR WILL NOT START!

We do not have the money or all the days to sit in repair centers to get a new car fixed over and over again.

We need to understand our rights.

We need a new car that works.

What can we do?
