I ordered a part online and on 11/13/06 they informed me the product was not available. Of course, they already took the money out of my account. I asked for a refund, which I have not seen yet. I have made SEVERAL calls, they give me the run around - this last time they just placed me on hold to "check the status" of my refund and never returned. I went to their Live Chat session, only to be told I will get a refund, but they don't have access to when so they couldn't give me a date.
Finally I told them I was going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and with usacomplaints.com and that I expect my money back in my account by the end of this week. He just typed, "Yes sure. Bye." and ended the chat session.
Word to the wise - DO NOT order from this company! You will have a heck of a time getting your money back if your part is not in stock.
