I took my car in for an inspection of the drive shaft along with
other services (see jim white toyota dealership scam part 2 for
details of other issues). This issue involves the fact that an
employee of this dealership dave whaley whom i believe is an
assistant manager of some sort told me that he had two technicians
drive my vehicle and found nothing wrong with the drive shaft.
What i dont understand is this: if two different technicians had
test driven my vehicle, then why did my vehicle have the same
mileage when i dropped it off and when i picked it up??? I
do know that my odometer works and i always make a point to record
the before and after miles on my car when i take it in to a service
garage or mechanic. If you are a female taking your car there,
beware. This is it for me. I learned my lesson about this place.
Oh, and if you bring a coupon, don't expect them to be courtious.
