Didn't honor warranty, horrible cust. Ser., gave me the run around Ripoff

I bought my car in 10/06. I'm on my second set of 30 day tags. My car will not pass emissions. They refuse to take care of it. I took it to them once, it wasn't fixed. I've spoken with customer service. They aren't willing to help. The manager at Manassas, Dana McElroy, flat out told me he "Doesn't care how if feel." He "Could care less how I feel". I brought this to customer services attention. No action was taken. My car has failed emissions five times now. I leave messages, and no one calls me back. They gave me a rental car when I took my car in. They lied to me and I ended up paying for 3 days. My car wasn't even fixed, and I paid for the rental car!!! They shouldn't be able to keep getting away with this. This is only a small portion of the issues I have with them. I've been dealing with them continuously for almost 2 months. What can I do? I would like to take legal action.
