Citymax Towing needed an emergency repair on a tow truck. The owner of Citymax Towing informed us that he had been turned away from other shops in the area and was in desperate need of repairs to his tow truck.
We rearranged our work schedule to fit his rush job into our day. After 4-1/2 hours of labor the owner of Citymax Towing felt our work should be for free. He stopped payment on his check without giving us any indication of what we had done wrong, without any opportunity to negotiate, without any opportunity to attempt to correct any problems he may have seen. We attempted to resolve this issue and offered to negotiate a different price with him. He adamantly refused to pay us a dime for our time and labor. He is refusing to negotiate in any way.
