Ripoff, fraudulent Mannerisms That Take Advantage After Deal Is Made, after I signed the deal, found out that what I had agreed to pay them changed to $200 more

I bought my daughter a car in June; I told Gregg Isaacs of Tifton I could only afford to pay no more than $400 a month or less if possible because I was trying to reestablish my credit; well the night after I bought the car I received a phone call at work and was told that I needed to come back by and sign more papers because Americredit had forgot to put something on the contract;

When I got my copy of the contract several days later Americredit said that they had failed to add something to the price of my car; instead of paying 400 a month I was now ladled with $607.89 a month; I contacted the seller of the vehicle and he sent me free gas money for a year and told me to use this extra money to help pay for the car payment, which I did. And that they would refinance my car in December; which they did not after I worked longer hours to ensure that I paid my car payment on time;

I became gravely ill in December and had no income coming in and I pulled every source of money that I could pull to keep her car; they called me relentlessly; I could make a payment and the very next day they would be calling me for another;

Then her car started messing up and eventually in September the car completely broke down for the 2nd time and was in the shop it had to have the transmission replaced 2 times before it was right; in the meantime they even had the audacity to call the car place where it was bein repaired and asked how much money it would take for them to come and pick up the car; the dealer just hung up the phone in their face; how they knew the car was being repaired is a good one?

They stole the car AND DAMAGED IT LAST MONDAY - NO NOTICE OR ANYTHING - SD i'D HAVE TO PAY FOR THE CAR WHt that were not able to get out of it selling it; it was already starting to mess up after being out of the shop less than 7 days after it was repaired this last time;

I did file a report with the lemon law and am waiting to hear back from the lawyer; they did say I did have a legitimate case. People like this should not be allowed to be in business; I have them to thank for screwing my credit more than I deserved.
