Rip off

In July my father was coerced into buying a 2007 Tahoe (LS) that he didn't need by a local car dealership (he already had a 2001 Silverado) I called Americredit when I found out they were the one financing the vehicle to tell them that the vehicle was over priced (38,000.00 for a LS model) and that they should not finance the vehicle, they told me that they could not renege on a deal and it was my father fault that the dealership had lied and presented the vehicle as LTZ because he went along with it and there was nothing they could do. Sadly my father passed away this year, he had a massive heart attack while trying to rush to the phone to answer it and for what, a call from americredit. They would call approx 10 times a day even before a payment was due and harass me and him about a payment that was coming due telling him the payment had to be there day it was due (They called it reminders) Since his death I've tried to secure the vehicle as my own due to sentimental reasons, but they tell me they cannot refinance but they still take my payment every month but today informed me they had placed a pick-up request for the vehicle. My question if you're going to repossess the vehicle and get very little for it, why not let me buy at book value and I'm told I could only purchase it for the amount that's left owed on it. How stupid do they think I am, why should I pay 35,000.00 (the balance) on a 2007 vehicle when the top of the line 2008's is less than that. At any rate I think the car dealership and Americredit was in cahoots with this over priced vehicle and they harassed my father to death and now trying to play strong arms with me. They need to be investigated for calling before 8a. M and after 9pm at night also.
