False advertistment

I seen a ad in the low rider book for this company for some rims and tire aat the price of the rims for 699.00 plus 100.00 for shipping. Call for the where about of the rims was hit in the face for a balance of 530.00 told them no way send me my money back, was told there will be a 25% cancellation fee of 200.00 i order rims before in the low rider book never had any problems until now. That a bad rep for the magazine i call Better Business Bureau hopfully something will be done
