Savefuel ripoff cashed my check but did not send merchandise internet

Called them 25 May was quoted a price of $621.80 for two 2 liter HydroGens. Mailed check next day, they signed for it 5 June (I have the receipt), check cleared my bank 21 June have not received merchandise.

Sometime in July I emailed their customer service, no response. Several days later I emailed them again, got a "need order no., etc" response. I called them the next day, the man said he would get back to me within 24 hours. That was several weeks ago and nothing.
I still don't have my HydroGens.
