Ripoff I sent in order on 7/15 it is 8/21 they cashed my check but no goods

I received a sale flier on 6/30 and I wanted a few things so I sent in my order on 7/15. They cashed my check but I have not received my products as of 8/21. I have not heard a thing. They said it would take two to three weeks after they received my order and it's been 5 weeks. Whats going on?
