I can identify with every entry regarding Triad Financial. After having a car repoed I asked for a payment history. There were up to 2 weeks from the time they received my payment until the time it was posted, and they were charging me interest for every day late, so when I wanted to redeem my car they charged me 3,000.00 dollars in interest fees.
There have been payments made in April that are still not reflected on payment history dated June 22. I did pay off the vehicle and redeem the car. I called today and was told I still owe them over $1,000 and I cannot speak with anyone at Triad that can give me an intelligent answer about anything!!!
Please send me the information to be included in this class action suit. I am fed-up with Triad Financial and working to GIVE them my money!!!
