I purchased a new 05 mustang at vacaville ford, they did not pay off my car for 4 months.instead they only made the normal monthly payment. 3 months after buying my new car i was denied for credit because it showed i was over extended by 20,000 because my previouse car loan was showing with my new car loan. I let them know about the problem and they "claimed" they had my loan listed as a vendor and were making the normal payments... I have heard that they have done this to other people to and there is a class actin lawsuit, but i have not been able to find any information about it.
