I traded my 2003 Ford Explorer in June 17th for a 2005 Ford Expediton. It's been three months and my bank hasn't recieved a check, that was promised by the dealer, too pay off. My bank has mutiple times annotated of conversations of getting proper transactions for the pay off to occurr but Vacaville Ford dealership has continued to dropp the ball. It's affecting my credit as iI type this complaint. I've called the dealership mutiple times and tried to correct the situation but things are still the same. I get the run around, susch and such is in a meeting or they're at lunch but we'll take a message. I really need help about getting this situation taking care. It has been a struggle and hastle within my everyday life off trying to get this previous balance, of my Ford Explorer, off of my credit score. Please give some advice. I'm a military member at Travis AFB california.
