I traded in my 2005 Ford Ranger truck into Vacaville Ford on May 18th on a purchase of a 2007 Ford car. I gave them $1000 and made my deal. They have not paid off my trade off and the DMV fees I paid through my purchase have not been paid since I have not received my tags or registration. I have gone there in person several times and get the run around. I call them and they say someone will call me back but they don't.
I contacted the better business bureu and they sent them two notices about this and they ignored them.in the meanwhile, they have my former truck for sale on there lot while it is still in my name.
I just got my credit report which shows that The finance company that financed my truck has put in my report that I am behind on payments
my credit was great before this and now it is getting ruined. Help! With your advise as I have run out of option rather than getting a lawyer
