Ripoff—i went to get a key made for my car and when the car was returned to me the throttle didn't work

I had a key made for my car that was running fine for 5 years. When I got my car back, the fuel filter was malfunctioning. The car was in the garage for 1 hour and they returned it to me with a malfunctioning fuel filter.
