Lets see here. I ordered a $5000.00 supercharger kit for a 2001 BMW 330i. Two weeks later, after I had the kit professionally installed, the car had a major accident. One of the pullies that VF engineering provided broke, it literally broke off and cracked, the serpentine belt was still spinning around, and got caught on the automatic transmission line, causing all my ATF fluid to be squirt all over the freeway (at 75 mph), white smoke all over, I couldnt see a thing, and almost crashed into the guard rail. The fire dept had to come out and had to get the car towed.
Talked to the owner of VF Engineering, his name is Nik Saran, he totally blamed everything on the shop that installed it (they only had installed hundreds of blowers before) and basically told me to screw off. He didnt care about me, he doesnt care about anyone. Once he gets the money, your not a customer to him. I dont even think he has a business license to practice in California. He wouldnt help pay for the $600 in damages. He wouldnt even pay for the pulley that broke off. He said thats basically, too bad, better luck next time. I wouldnt buy ANYTHING from them again. They are horrible, and lie to your face. It took them a full week to reprogram the cars computer system while they quoted me a day when I first bought the kit. They are liars and do anything to get your money.
