Paradigm Engineering of Lewisville TX is one of the most corrupt businesses out there. They have literaly stole hundreds of thousands of dollars from their employees. They claim to be a religious organization, yet they couldn't be further away from that. They take every opportunity to manipulate and take advantage of their employees and or clients.
By receiving products and services from some of their vendors and not paying for those products and/or services, they have basically stole from them to the tune of tens of thousands or maybe even hundreds of thousands of dollars. They have no ethical business methods. If you talk to some of their current employees in private they will tell you about how corrupt and unethical the leaders of Paradigm Engineering are.
They hire employees with criminal records, they have been more than once, under investigation for illegal business practices, there have been over 37 wages claims and over 7 lawsuits filed against them in the state of Texas alone for non-payment of wages and expenses. They operate nation wide. They hire just about anyone with no experience or skills. They should be under an investigation for the way they conduct business with their employees and their clients. They have repeatedly written hot payroll checks and repetedly broken labor and other laws.
They have taken 401K contributions from employees and not paid those payments into the 401K funds which is FRAUD.
They owe some of their former and current employees 3,4 or 5 payroll checks. They have repeatedly lied about catching up on these past due wages.
They owe so much debt that they are closing down the business and opening under a new name to excape all the debt they owe and all the bad publicity. The new business name is Trinity Green. New business name but run by the same corrupt, unethical leaders that ran Paradigm Engineering into the ground.
Now those current employees still there have been told that when the new business begins they will not be paid for any back wages or expenses they are owed. Take it or leave it!
