Someone please help me with information on a lawyer in texas that I can use, preferably someone who has dealt with asap motors in the past. I have been jerked around for 4 months now spending $2100 for a low mile engine, $1500 labor the first time, $600 for removing the bad engine they sold me and with my extended warranty, wanting a different engine, and after several months waiting for and told one was coming, different engine sitting on the dock waiting for the truck, but received the bad engine back saying it was rebuilt and all they did was replace the cam shaft with an old rusty pitted shaft and a used chain. The intake wasn't even removed. Definitly not what I was paying for, a low mileage tested clean engine. Please respond to this with an attorney, My daughter is a local attorney and hoping she comes up with something. I just called them and got a return authorization form faxed to me, last time it took 2 weeks and a call every day to get the faxed form, and and I'm worried this is just part of their scam getting the engine back and then who knows. I'm over it and would like to move on and deal with them thru the attorney.
