I bought a 2001 Ford Taurus from this company in sept. This is a copy of an email I sent to Parker toyota we have had several conversations with them after buying the car telling them that the car was bad when we bought it and they never would listen. I tried to take the insurance off when we couldn't drive the car and they would not let us do that either. We bought this car in sept the salesman at one time admitted that they had not really went over the car really well but that was just to bad for us. So in 1 and 1/2 years of payments and insurance we have driven it a whole 2000 miles!!! I hope this stops some one else from buying from them You know toyota certified used?

In regards to the above mentioned car please be informed that the above mentioned car is setting at the Empire Ford in Spokane Wa and I am no longer going to deal with it. At the time you sold me this car the Transmission was going out of it and now I have replaced the transmission only to have the water pump go out of it and the alternator both of which I replaced and are now new. It stalled on me on the freeway to Ritzville so I had to have it towed to Spokane to see what was wrong now there is Motor troubles. You sold me this car knowing that there was something wrong with it and i called you but i received no help at all. I know there is no lemon law in Idaho and that's how come you don't have to resolve this issue but as of the 8th of may I am removing the insurance and letting it set there for your pickup I will not make any more payments either, if you look at the odometer I have driven this vehicle just 2000 miles since I bought this from you. NOT GOOD Business practices on your part. The service department reps name is Brian at Empire Ford Spokane It is now your car.
