Ripoff dishonest fradulent billing

I took my car to be repaired in July 05, they said i needed a good tune up. I said ok, they said it would be $300, i gave them a $100 up front, then bout 3 days later they said they discovered i had a crack head gasket. He said it would be $1613. I gave them $1000 up front. A little while after that hurricane katrina came and i left.

I came back it had been two months since i had spoke to them. I called and asked did my car get damaged in the storm. They told me no. I went in to check one day in october, they told me it would be ready in a week. A week came and i didn't get a call.

I was force to walk to school everyday, catch cabs to my drils (I am in the navy reserves). December came and I called and again he lied to me.

IT took 10 months and their finished. Mr. Byrd and me agrred that he wouldn't charge me for putting a new motor in, because he said i needed a new motor. I went in and he charged me $1219. When i asked about our origanal deal he said he had to put a new radiator on, but he never told me i needed a new raditor or asked me for permission to put a new one on.
