On March 19 I purchased some nerf bars for my Toyota:
Order Number: 1980601

The site was not helpful to find mounting hardware. When I received the goods in a timely manner at a decent price, I realized that I would require new mounting hardware to replace my old Westin bars.

I then visited their site to find a ONLINE help which is 24hrs

I then communicated my need for mounting hardware to the representative. He checked for several minutes, he then responded by telling me they did not carry the mounting hardware.

I then questioned their ability to be an AUTHORIZED DEALER of Westin Products - relayed my displeasure - and told the representative clearly that I would expect them to reimburse for freight and the full purchase price. He responded OK

I then requested and RMA from the Online help - I requested the waiving of the restocking fee indicated on the RMA. They gave me the run around by telling me only the returns department could do this upon receiving the product back.

I packed and shipped product at my expense. They have continually refused to credit the restocking fee. I feel they raped me of approx. $60 between the freight to and from & the $37.20 restock fee
