PV Panel rack comp. Faulty incompetent design, abusive customer care

To build my Solar System, I ordered the rack from Sunner Technology in China believing their ads and re assuring help.
I ordered 3 PV Solar racks, they designed it to fit the PV panels. I asked for the final design, they told me it's a trade secret and would only be shared after payment. I then detected that it would not e nable mounting of PV panels. They advised me to drill holes into the PV panel to mount them. I researched the issue and found that this is illegal, voids
the panel warranty its not done. Receiving the rack, I find that the measurements are wrong for a design that is legal. Also their entire rack does not allow WEEB washer grounding. They ridicule the grounding issue, stating that I buy all missing hardware, PV panel

Fasteners etc"in the local market" of course at my cost. I am accused to be difficult, uneducated and don't know anything, when in fact the opposite is the truth. Their entire rack layout, simple as it is, does not allow mounting the panels, the panel specs had been shipped to them initially

Grounding the rack is a big, legal issue, its not accepted. I try to make the best of what I received, have to order another set at my additional cost. Then I find that the rack does not allow tilting to adjust for winter sun inclination, though it was promised and ordered. Spent weeks to secure grounding hardware and fitting clamps for the panel mounting

Usually any rack company provides all fitting hardware for their design, its very hard to impossible to mix between manufacturers I have to manufacture tilting bars, at my cost, locally Summary, I pay 3 times as much as bargained for, am abused by them Have to pay importation fees twice and still don't have a rack that works Customer service and honesty is non existent, no responsibility for multiple mistakes they make, dishonest answers not accepting prima facia evidence
Pat answer from them to all: order more correcting hardware Learning: Dont order from China, these people dont have a shred of honesty in their blood
