I ordered an engine, it showed up damaged, I refused it. Here's where the drama began. Yellow, ASAP's choice shipper to my region requires authorization from the sender in order to return items. I called several times and spoke with Elvin, who said he call Yellow and get back to me and never did. Finally Yellow called and placed a note on my account Sept. 2nd recording their attempt. The information they needed to return the engine wasn't received until after I reported ASAP to the Better Business Bureau of Houston. Then all of a sudden they'd received the engine, but when I tried to get accounting to credit me, they said ooohh that was last year (purchased in Aug. returned Jan. 2006) I don't have immediate access to those records I'll have to get back to you and never did - that would be Mary with whom gave me the same song and dance at least twice. Along the way I also challenged the charge on my credit card, which was useless because they were given a similar run around by ASAP, now my credit card is telling me my time is up to challenge the charge and they expect me to pay for an item I NEVER had in my possesion.
