On September 13 we leased a car from Infiniti dealership at Coconut creek Florida The car is Infiniti M35 Year 2006. It all started like any other car buying negotiation, when you go back and forth until you come to an agreement on price and terms.in this case the price was $554.88 a month (this was my condition from start) based on 36 month lease.
And then the signing process began. I don't have to tell you how many paper work you need to sign. They hand you a bunch of forms and all you basically care is, that the terms you agreed upon won't be changed especially on a lease base the PRICE. When I was done signing, I was happily driving out the dealership with my new car.
A couple of weeks later I'm getting a letter from US Bank stating that for the next 63 month I'll be paying them $554.88.
I was sure that this is a Typo (printing error, so I returned to the Dealer in order to correct this error.
I was tryed triedlk to the floor manager, to the salesman and to the financial department. They all laughed at me and basically said You signed it you eat it our attorney sent a letter to the Dealer but we never got any respond. I don't know if that was purposely misleading or a Typo issue. I know for sure that I had no intention to lease the car for 63 month. For that price ($34,954) the residual after 5 years I would rather buy the car with money left in my pocket.
Please help us with your power to change back the terms to 36 months, (or, they can take their car back.) like we agreed upon from the first place. It is definitley adefinitelyoff. As long as it is an eror, and the dealer corrects it, it is considered an eror, yet, to leave us in that situation, that cost the difference of $15,000.00 between the agreed price and the contract that was handed to us - is a rip off, without any doubt. They should have, for the purpose of honest dealing, honest business tell me - these are the changes we made on the contract that are not as we all agreed. Any other way is Cheating, rip off, Dishonest dealing, Lieing, Fraud.
