I took my car to Pacific BMW for service, they call me that my air condition belt look like it need to change I said okay change it. The total cost was $327.00.
I turn the air on when I was driving home the a/c doesn't work. It is hot air comming I took the car back Pacific BMW call me it will cost me $2,200. Or more for the compressor I ask please explain to me why the a/c was fine before they change the belt and the car is just 4 years, Pacific BMW told me that if I want them to fix it now or not so I told them to put the car back to the way it was I will take it to where I bought it Steve Thomas BMW, when I pick up my car I had to pay $125.00 and they told me if I decided to fix it they will credit me the $125.
I took my car to Steve Thomas and Steve Thomas took the picture of my car a/c's that there was no belt. Steve Thomas call the Pacific BMW. Steve Thomas fix the air compressor for $1,838.00 I ask Steve Thomas how much to they charge for brake service Steve Thomas said around $600.00 Pacific BMW charge me $877.00 and for the inspection $889.00 Steve Thomas said $671.00
I am filing the report because in my heart they are not honest with their clients and I am not the only client that complain, there are 2 other customers who ask me if I am happy with the Pacific BMW service because they are not satisfy and the only reason they are going there because it convience to them, they work down the street and so am I. Please help to stop them from reaping customers
