We did 2 service calls in August at Blockbuster in Maryville, TN for Pacific Air and they will not pay us. We changed a compressor on a rooftop unit & then went back & added freon to another unit.
I have tried to get someone to call me back and no one will return a call. I have sent emails and I only get a computer generated reply back stating to allow 7 days for the claims to process.
Pacific Air is a RIPOFF!!! Other vendors should beware of doing any type of business with them or for them!!
