Udget car sales had 2 locations around my area, one in plainfield indiana, and another in indianapolis indiana. My girlfriend and i went looking for new vehicals one day, and we happen upon budget car sales in plainfield. Although friendly but pushy the sales men tried to talk us into vehicals we didnt want! And try to push a high intrest rate on us! I declinde there offer and went home for the night.
After being at home for approxmently 45 minutes, the sales man from budget called my home and said they had a lower intrest rate for me, and i said thats all good, but i dont want that vehical. The sales man then said if he could do better would i buy from him, i told him maybe? But not that vehical that i looked at!
The next morning i recieved a call once again from the sales man, this time he offered an even better intrest rate, and i said good but i dont want that vehical! So since i thought the guy was working so hard for me in getting a good rate, i looked threw there online inventory, and i found a truck i would like to have, so i set up a time to test drive it!
After test driving the truck i told the sales man i didnt know and i would let him know. He then tried to get me to take the truck home over night? I said no it would only set anyway! So i drove home and 10 minutes after being home, the sales man called and said that the last bid for a rate came threw, and it was the losest of them all, i told him i would give him an answer in the morning.
As i promissed, i called the sales man back the next morning, and said i would take the vehical. And i went to sign the pappers. But before i signed any pappers i asked the sales man and the manager that if i found anything wrong with it, will they take care of the problem. The both stated yes we will take care of you! So from there i was rushed threw the papper signing, and i went on my way.
After driveing off the lot i went home to change the oil to a synthetic oil, and upon crawling under the vehical, i noticed a small fluid leak from some where? I then finished the oil change and called the dealer ship. They said ok take the vehicale to there other location which had work bays with lifts and they would check out the problem and make a time to take care of it! And then he asked if there was anything else, i stated that the truck pulled to the passinger side a bit. The sales man said ok just tell them at the shop at the other location.
I made an appointment at the other location for a different day. But in the mean time my girlfriend saw a car she liked, and the dealer ship sold her that car. And also said to her that they would take care of any problem that she had with the car which the only thing was the front left tire needed rebalanced.
I went to my appointment at the other dealer ship, they raised the truck up and looked under the chasy, they noticed the slite fluid leak, but didnt know where it was comming from? And they noticed that the greeserts on the front had been over filled and the rubber boots were busted.
The manager of the shop said they would call a certain guy and get the approvel to fix what was wrong and see what way he wantted to go about fixing it. They said they would get back ahold of me as soon as they made there contacts.
I waitted half the day, and i called my sales man and told hime what i was told. He stated dont worry they would take care of me since we had purchased 2 vehicals from them.
I then waitted 2 days to hear from them, but did not, so i called the salesman once again, and to my surprize a man answered and said that they had closed up! They were not there any more. So i called the other location that had the work shop, and to my surprise my salesman answerd there, i said hey what is going on i havent heard anything about my repairs, and you guys have closed up shop in one area, he stated they were going threw some restructureing and not to worry that the truck would be fixed! And i reminded him about my girlfriends car being looked at for the front end bumping noise, and again the salesman said not to worry they wourld take care of us and he would get back to us before the end of the day.
Well he never called this time, so i called the other location again located in indianapolis, and guess what, they closed down also!!! So my girlfriend and i were lied too!!!
Then to make things worse, i started to get harrassed from my other finance company, because they had not paid off my trade in. But that did get taken care of in about 1.5 months, and i did recieve the papper work in the maile for the title, and i did get my plates, but
My girlfriend pappers for her car never came! And we had no way of contacting anyone from the budget car sales to find out what was going on? So she contacted the attorny generals office but still to today we have no pappers on the car for the title work or for plates and the finance company is contacting us asking for the papper work, and wantting us to sign more pappers other than what we singed at the dealer ship, because they too can not get ahold of anyone from budget?
The only thing we had found out about budget todate is that on the local news the indiana state police had seased all the papper work, and computers, and bank notes and so fourth from budget car sales.
Now i dont know about you, but when we bought our 2 vehicals from budget car sales, they knew they were closeing down, and they knew they would not beable to come threw on the repairs on either vehical, so they flat out lied to us at point of sale, knowing they would not be around to have to answer for not comming threw on an agreement to the sale on 2 vehicals.
No repairs, no papper work for title, no plates, harassing phone calls from finance companies. What is next? What are we to do? Beaware of the budget car sales lies, unprofessionl acts, and broken promisses. And illeagel doings!
