"Insurance purchased on my behalf" to protect WFS collateral. WFS agents lying and misrepresenting themselves. Harrassing telephone calls at work.
Not cooperating when attempts were made to pay off the loan, (providing basic account/pay-off information or accepting payment) Insurance Claims filed on my behalf.
Worst Customer Service I have ever seen
I was told by Diana at Balboa Insurance that Claims could not be done in writing, It is Balboa's policy to only accept verbal claims. Diana told me claims have been filed on my behalf. I am trying to get documentation at this time. I had AAA at the time of the claim. If you have Insurance placed by WFS you shoud check to see if any claims have been filed, that you don't know about.
