CountryWide failed to pay Homeowners insurance from 09 to 08. We had water damage and now they have sent us to Balboa Insurance. Amazingly, CountryWide owns them. I am without floors since 08/22. I am walking on subfloor with staples and nails. They won't return calls. Have filed a grievance with NCDOI and they are suppose to investigate. I will keep you updated.
