I took my truck to GREENWAY FORD for a wheel alignment. I personally told the Service person that there was ABSOLUTELY nothing wrong with my truck. It was running wonderfully! All I wanted done was the alignment. The tires, which I bought brand new, were less than a year old. 5 hours later I picked up my truck, pay $160 and went home. On my way home my truck started to shake uncontrollably when it hit 50mph!!! I took it back a couple of days later and was told, THAT I NEEDED NEW TIRES!!! Bull crap!!! Mark Grifith, the MANAGER, said he would take care of it. YEAH RIGHT! When I went back to get my truck, I was told some other BS and had to dish out another $160!!! Needless to say, my truck was STILL the same. Went back to GREENWAY (now I know why they call it GREEN! $) Was told by Mark Griffith that I would have to leave my truck over night, get a RENTAL (which I had to pay for) that he would take care of it AGAIN! These incompetent idiots, kept my truck over night, supposedly did the whole rotation again, didn't charge me anything, but my truck is STILL THE SAME!!! Do NOT do business with these so call honest service people. They are NOT honest, they are a group of liars, and thieves.
