I purchased a 2003 duramax diesel pick up for 15,600 from tysons ford. I flew from indiana to virginia to pick up the truck. When i got there the truck was rough but i figured i would take it since i flew all the way there to buy this beauty. I drove the truck home and it seemed ok within the first day the truck quit running. I took it in the shop and they said it needed 4,000 dollars worth of injectors, They said the dealer ship i took it to said they are covered under warranty so they would fix them. I got a call the next day saying that the truck isn't safe to drive at all because there is a huge crack in the bell housing of the transmissing and the person that sold the truck to you had to know. So i called chris Mensel at Tysons and he said no problem i will take care of it for you so i went ahead and told the dealership to fix it, it was 2,900 dollars. I called tysons when it was done and chris said well i have to run it by my manager and make sure that i can do this. I called daily for three weeks now and they will not return phone calls or anything and if they answer they say we will call you right back. Never do! I am 18 years old and i took every bit of my money to go buy this truck and i got a loan for half and the truck has been sitting since the day i bought it because i cant afford to fix it because they wont send me a check like they said they would. Now i have a 16,000 dollar truck sitting that i am now paying payments on. Thanks tyson ford for screwing me.
