On August 13 I took my 1997 Ford Expedition to this company, because my rear end fell over my tires. A worker name Mark handled it and started working on it immediately as if he knew what he was doing. Almost 3 weeks later Mark tells me that he have to run a wire for testing to see if the munbers come out the same. He told me if they do not then i would need a module.
On Sept. 1st I went to to the Ford place to check on my vehicle, my truck was lifted like it supposed to be and MArk told me that it has been up all day so it should be reasy to go after he had to replace a sensor that was not supposed to had been changed because it was fairly new. My dad picked up my truck from this company and was charged 264.87 for computer testing and pin point testing with wires at 5pm knowing that my truck was not fixed. He parked the truck in the front yard not even 45 mins later the truck and went back down just the way I gave it to them almost 3 weeks before.
They were closed when we found this out. Almost 3 weeks of work or supposely done work and testing my truck was in the same condition i gave it to them. The next day I went up there they told me that what i paid for was only testing and that if i wanted it fix meaning getting a module put in, it would be 400.00 plus labor but knowing this before they gave me my truck back on Sept 1st and giving me a bill for 264.87 that my truck was not finished it was just tested and they let my father drive my truck home saying that it may fall back down but then we will know for sure it is the module. Even though they knew it before i gave them that 264.87 thinking my truck was fix and it didnt even last 1 hr after taking it from the shop.
