I went to Kirby Neilsen to LOOK at cars. I found a van I was interested in. The salesman took my name and soc. Then after the loan application came back approved I sat down with another salesman or so I thought.
I wanted to crunch prices and he asked who my insurance company was.
Mind you I have only asked about the van. I DID NOT say in any way that I was going to buy it. This creep got on the phone and started calling my insurance agent and began to switch my insurance policy!
I in no way said he could do this! I said to him what the hell are you doing? And he said he was switching my insurance to my new van. I told him I had not said I was buying that van and I would never step onto their lot again.
I read the rebuttle and the idiot who said they aren't scam artists is way wrong. That person obviously doesn't know what good business practices are!
I went to business school and those flyers they send out are in fact a scam! That guy that wrote the rebuttle needs to go to school and learn what way businesses take advantage of unsuspecting consumers.
I'm glad someone complained about Kirby Neilsen. I just wish I had thought of it first!
