Kirby salespeople sneak into homes saying they want to shampoo one room. Then another one appears with a kirby and spends an hour demonstratrating a 1,300 or more Kirby. I told them I don't pay that much for a vaccum and suddenly they had a refurbished one for $600. They said it was just like the demo and disappeared. I realized I did not have the handle and by the dirt in it it was not refurbished. Well I had the salesman's cell and called and he said "we sell as it is" I was mad and looked up Kirby.com and started screaming. Then the salesman called and said he would provide a handle and extra bags for my trouble. I got the handle and no bags. A week ago there they are again only different salesman. I was again screaming about not getting a refurbished but a used Kirby. He goes who was it and I found out they are all over with no central hub. I had the receipt and the guys name in my computer so he called someone who me a big discount if I buy a new one. Oh boy what a deal. Then he wanted a Tip. I will never buy a Kirby again. Their deceptive sales practices and inability to find them, as well as selling me a used not refurbished Kirby and then trying to fix it by selling me another one.
