I am another victim of Kirby Manuel at Cusell.com. I've made a $1000 payment to Kirby Manuel for his paypal clone script, and I still retained a photocopy of the $1000 receipt of the payment. Like many of his customers, I've got ripped off. If you want to read more about it, I've provided a link of the amount of complaints about Kirby Manuel. They basically said the same thing, so it would save my time to write an essay to see what was the problem.
Now, he is back in the same business, and I don't want to see more new people becoming his victims. Just becareful or do not do business or have anything associated with Kirby Manuel.
If you're an FBI or law enforcement agency handling Kirby Manuel's case, I can appear in court to help procecute Kirby Manuel.
I'm not sure if he still works for PayChest, Inc., based on the news release that I found out when I googled "Kirby Manuel" and "cusell".
