I went to get some keys made at John Elway Chevrolet on 12/6/05. When I was through, I backed out my car and headed for the exit. I was going slow since the pavement was icy that day and it was slick. I slowed down stopped and looked left to make sure there were no cars coming. A brand new Cobalt comes in from the outside and colides with my car. Ron Griser who works there comes
out and says don't worrry will fix your car. So no Police were called because he said he would fix it.
The driver James Earl Jones is a worker there and he is the one who collided with my car. Now John Elway Chevrolet says they won't fix my car because they have five independant witnesses who say they saw the accident and it was my fault.By the way the witnesses they say they have are all Salesman at the Dealership.
Stay away from Dealerships like this. They say one thing and mean another. I even purchased my car from them. Then one of there workers hit it and they won't fix it. Not good.
