I bought a brand new 08 Chevrolet Cobalt in March and the power steering has serious issues and Chevrolet will not own up to this mechanical failure. After spending $18,000 dollars on their brand new product, it is being left up to me to put out the Mondey for their mechanical failure. I am not the only victim out there, this has been happening since 2005. Power steering issues can be very dangerous and Chevrolet will not stand up for their customers and fix this issues. I am a single mom who is still paying on this vehicle and I don't have the $500 to $2500 it cost to replace this and I should not have to be replacing anything this serious after only 1 year and 10 months on a brand new vehicle.
