These are not factory direct stores as they advertise. They are selling furniture made in China at custom made prices. How does the FTC let them get away with this. I think it's time that they be exposed. This John Elway computer armoire makes me sick every time I look at it. Scars they tried to cover up, can't lock the file drawer. Not painted properly, nicks, screws missing, screws broke off in door hinge not connected, corner magnet missing. Screws on hinges scaring furniture. Pull out light hooked up wrong when made. Paint peeling off like finger nail polish.
It's a complete ripoff. I think you get the picture. I, m sick, bout to stroke out. Only God knows how much we can bear!
