I am so frustrated with this company!!!
This company does not outline their policies regarding payment from the outset of the business relationship. So now, because of my career choice, and where I live I have limited financial options and have had returned checks. I get paid once per month, at the end of the month, so I requested a change in the "due date" so I could pay my car payt.in a timely manner. They refused. So of course the checks were returned (I am not an organized person, so I need the due dates to be close to my pay day!). Now I'm being penalized as I have to Western Union my payment (the additional charges cause me additional fianancial burden!!!) for approx. One year!
I continue to request the due date close to my payday... Nothing 's happening. So now, even though I make the payment the very same day I get paid I will always be late!!! There goes my credit which I am trying to rebuild. They call every month, The representatives are usually rude and they harass and even insult the customer (me).
I have never received a statement. They offer very little options - I can't pay on-line neither over the phone. I am already paying too much for the vehicle. This is like "quick sand" - I just keep sinking in Wells Fargo Financial Acceptance's ocean of slime!
Why is it so difficult to work with the customer instead of squeezing them to death?! It's a business institution not a prison with customers as prisoners!
