The company cancelled my policy for 'non-payment'. They attempted to debit my checking account and it was rejected. I was never notified of this rejection and therefore unaware that there was a problem with the payment. When I received the cancellation notice, I called them to find out what happened.in spite of the facts of the situation, they will not issue me a refund for a portion of the $300 deposit. Not the type of company I ever want to do business with again. It really should be about doing the right thing!
