Scott Swaney operates an automobile repair service and he admits that he makes use of used auto parts when repairing cars.
He also "fixes" cars without thouroughly testing them.
Such practices cause the automobile owner to undergo additional costs. Mr. Swaney has also become confrontational and verablly abusive to his customers regarding questions about the "repairs" he supposedly makes. Thusly, those customers are made to feel that such questions are meant to challenge his expertise rather to to ascertain information relevant to the applied "repairs".
In early July of a vehicle was sent to Mr. Swaney's repair shop and was supposedly fixed - despite him riding in the car with the customer and seeing that it was not repaired adequotely.
Mr. Swaney's response was to "reset" certain mechanical functions that were later found to be germain to the problem.
Later on the same day, upon notification that the problems still existed, Mr. Swaney became argumentative and used abusive language. The vehicle was later repaired sufficiently by another repair service... And those repairs had nothing to do with the 300 dollar charge made by Mr. Swaney.
Upon further questioning, another person (someone who had had further dealings with Mr. Swaney) admitted that he had been known to use similar "bullying" tactics when dealing with unsatisfied customers.
