Beware! Gordon weisman of pine point properties is the biggest crook. He promises to build a house to your specs then does nothing will not make any repairs takes a big down payment from people knowing that they cannot get deceit interest rates and then they do not qualify and he keeps your $3750.00.
We moved because he would not repair the house on issues we had. Now he is sueing us for 2300.00 dollars for repairs that he should of made.
Already sent this to a collection agency that we were not even notified of. Then 2 days later we get a judgement against us for the above dollar amount.
This man is the biggest legal crook on two feet. He has himself cover inside and out. He is praying on people with credit problems knowing they cannot get deceit financing then he keeps there money.
Please, please, please, do not deal with this man unless you have an attorney look athis 30 page lease. He sells these houses with rent with option to buy knowing you will have difficulty getting finance. So every person that moves or does not require the financing he is pocketing 4000.00 off of every person.
