I bought a used car from them and it would keep stalling and slipping out of gear about a month later. So I took it in to get serviced and they told me the transmission was bad. So they replaced the linkage arm and said it was fixed. Well about 2 week later it started to slip again. I decided to take it to my mechanic and he told me they never touched it. It even had metal shavings in the transmission fluid. So I went in that same day and cancelled my so called warranty. (100 each time I went in I had to pay).
So about 5 months later after I got it fixed the car started stalling so I took it back to Palmen to do a test for me (my mechanic didnt have test equipment). The guy there told me you better take this back to where you bought it cause you got scammed. "This car has been in a major accident before you got it and smashed the computer and messed up some other items. Well I told em lets go to the front office cause I bought it here. He tried than to change his story.
Well I went in there and told them off and the mechanic dont work there anymore either. So be warned about this Car Dealer in the future when shopping. I know alot of others that have ran into issues with them as well. I ended up trading it off about 4 months later.
