I have received the most atrocious service I have EVER had with any company, service organization or business in my life from Start Mart.
I took in my '92 Infinity G20 to have the alternantor replaced. I had just picked the car up from the dealer. I was going to have the dealer do it but thought I would save some money and have it done somewhere else for less.
While at the dealer they hooked the car up to an analyzer to check the system. And said other than the alternator everything was fine.
Also, while at the dealer I bought BRAND NEW Infintity floor mats. When I picked the car up it idled at 3000 rpm and there was grease all over the drivers side floor mat. I told the guy that checked me out and he went back in to talk to the mechanic and came back out and said there was nothing they could do. I asked for the managers name and he said Robert, I aksed for Roberts last name and he said he didn't know it. I asked one of the other guys standing there and he said he didn't know it either. They both were atanding there looking at me like I was crazy and said again, "there's nothing we can do."
I asked for the number to the corporate office and of course they didn't know that either. I asked the guy his name and he said Mike, I asked for his last name and he refused to tell me.
They are the biggest bunch of beligerent losers that I have ever seen.
Hello... Idiots, you have grease on your shoes and you get in a car you ARE going to get grease on the carpet!
I know they are not personally responsible all I wanted was the coprorate number so I could take it up with the management. If they had accepted some responsibility and helped me contact the appropriate people everything would be fine. But they were flat out rude and indignant about the whole thing and kept saying "there is nothing they can do about it"...
Stay away from start mart!!
