I bought a part from this company. It did not fit the vehicle it claimed to on their website.
I followed their instructions to return the part to the letter - I request and received an RA, paid for return shipping, shipped the part back in new condition in its original package. Both their website and email state that it will take up to 4 weeks to credit my account. It is now over 6 weeks and I have not received a refund.
The owner of the company refuses to assist me with the return and will not return phone calls.
