My cousin purchased a vehicle from automax, using a loan from my bank... We agreed to the price and was told to test drive the vehicle before signing, and the finance mgr would start the paperwok. After returning from the test drive our salesman tells us that there is a problem getting the car we just test drove.
He tells us that the finance mgr told him he isnt making any money on the deal because its cash and that he wont do the paperwork unless i give our sales person $3oo. Oo dollars cash thathe and the sales guy can split or its no deal..
I agreed and the paperwork was completed. The sales person
asked for the money once we got outside, but i told him i would bring it back later. This guy has been calling me everyday since this deal completed. Even at work. I thinking about suing.
