I want to be involved in this suit. I have a lawyer right now looking into this drive financial company. They are very unproffesional and like my opinion and i have discovered many of your opinions are becoming fact. Lets take this company down. I ready to do whatever it takes to let them know who we are as the consumer and give us our pride back. They think they can take advantage of us becuase we are on second chance financing already. But we got this financing through drive with expectations of fixing our credit not destroying our personal pride by calling everyone. There are numbers that they call that i have no earthly idea how they got.
They call my mothers house at all hours and she has a terminal heart disease. She has told drive that i dont live there and could never be reach there. But they still call her. They also gave my fiance personal amounts of what i owed. Then they made a deal with me not to come get the vehicle so i sent them 350 via money gram. Two days later they were calling again telling me i need to pay more or they are still coming to get my vehicle. Im a united states marine, 5th force recon... Honerable discharge. I know what honor and trust and team work is all about. Drive financial is simply the enemy.
